Do I need gym experience to start?

Absolutely not. I've coached complete beginners through to competitive athletes. Your program is built around where YOU are right now, with exercises and progressions appropriate for your current level.

How fast will I see results?

Most clients notice significant changes within 4–6 weeks when they follow the plan consistently. Real, lasting transformations typically take 12–24 weeks. I'll set realistic expectations from day one.

Do I need a gym membership?

For online coaching, no. I can design effective programs for home gyms, minimal equipment, or full commercial gym setups. Just tell me what you have access to and I'll make it work.

Is nutrition coaching included?

Elite and Pro plans include full macro targets and meal planning guidance. The Starter plan includes general nutrition guidelines. Diet is 80% of the battle — I don't ignore it.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no lock-in contracts. Just give me 7 days notice before your next billing cycle. I want you to stay because you're getting results, not because you're trapped.

What if I have an injury or health condition?

Let me know in your intake form. I'll work around injuries and adapt movements to keep you progressing safely. For serious medical conditions, I'll ask you to get clearance from your doctor first.
